About Dr. Tran Thi Mai Huong

Dr Tran Thi Mai Huong is a Specialist Level II Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over 31 years of experience in women’s health and maternal care.
She specialises in managing obstetric and gynecologic conditions, including high-risk pregnancies, endocrine and menstrual disorders, as well as perimenopause and menopause-related issues.
She graduated from Hanoi University of Medicine in 1994 and earned her Second Degree Specialist qualification from Hai Phong University of Medicine in 2012.
Dr Huong has actively participated in numerous domestic and international scientific conferences and training programs to stay updated with advancements in her field.
From 1994 to 2018, she worked at Hai Phong Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, serving as Deputy Head of the Department of Obstetric Pathology (2010–2014) and Deputy Chief of the Delivery Room (2014–2018).
Since 2014, she has also been a Lecturer in Obstetrics at Hai Phong University of Medicine. In 2018, she joined Vinmec Hai Phong International Hospital as an Obstetrician-Gynaecologist, providing comprehensive, patient-centred care.
Dr Huong is a member of the Vietnam Association of Gynaecology and Obstetrics (VAGO) and the Ho Chi Minh City Society for Reproductive Medicine (HOSREM).
