Dr. Hafiza Mohd Tajri

• Dr Hafizan Mohd Tajri is a Consultant General and Vascular Surgeon with more than two decades of experience in diagnosing and managing vascular and general surgical conditions.
• He currently serves as a Resident Consultant at Damansara Specialist Hospital 2 and a Sessional Consultant at Tawakkal Specialist Hospital, providing comprehensive surgical care through both conventional and minimally invasive techniques.
• He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB BCh BAO) from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 1996 and subsequently obtained a Master of Surgery (General Surgery) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2004.
• To further advance his expertise, he completed a Fellowship in Vascular Surgery under the Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM) in 2008.
• Throughout his career, Dr Hafizan has been actively involved in clinical practice, medical education, and the development of national clinical practice guidelines.
• His areas of expertise include vascular access surgery, peripheral arterial disease management, venous disorders, endovascular interventions, and general surgical procedures.
• He is particularly recognised for his evidence-based approach to managing vascular diseases through both open surgical and advanced endovascular techniques.
