Dr. Leena Sinha

• Dr. Sinha is trained in Gastroenterology and General Internal Medicine.
• She completed her clinical training in the North West Deanery.
• During her training, she gained experience managing general and complex gastroenterological conditions.
• Her current role involves managing both inpatients and outpatients with acute, chronic, and complex gastroenterology disorders.
• She performs Capsule Endoscopy, Gastroscopy, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, and Colonoscopy.
• Dr. Sinha has served as Clinical Lead for Gastroenterology, Endoscopy, and Capsule Endoscopy during her NHS tenure.
• She is the Chair of the British Society of Gastroenterology (BSG) Small Bowel Section.
• Dr. Sinha led the expansion of the capsule endoscopy service at BHRUT and Nuffield Health, Brentwood.
• She introduced colon capsule endoscopy alongside small bowel capsule endoscopy at Barking, Havering & Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust.
