With over 40 years of experience, Dr. Manjit Singh Paul is a respected figure in the field of gastroenterology. He is currently the Director of Gastroenterology at the Max SuperSpecialty Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi, India. Prior to joining Max Hospital, he worked in several prestigious tertiary hospitals in the country. He was the Director and head of the Department of Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, India (2011-2021). Dr. Manjit Singh Paul also headed the department of Gastroenterology at the Indian Spinal Injuries Center, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, India (2006-2010). Besides his exceptional work as a gastroenterologist, Dr. Manjit Singh Paul has also taught at various armed forces hospitals in New Delhi.  Dr. Manjit Singh Paul has impressive credentials. He completed his MBBS from AFMC. After this, he went on to obtain an MD in Medicine from the Army Hospital, Delhi University. To pursue his interest in gastroenterology, he completed a superspecialized DM in Gastroenterology from the Post Graduate Institute of Medical and Educational Research, Chandigarh.  Due to his exceptional talent and skills, Dr. Manjit Singh Paul is able to successfully treat various liver diseases, and issues like diarrhea and inflammatory bowel disease. He is adept at performing endoscopy, ERCP, and colonoscopy. In addition to these procedures, he is also trained in therapeutic methods like the placement of metallic stents in the pancreas, biliary tract, and esophagus. Dr. Manjit Singh Paul can address the gastrointestinal issues of people from all age groups and has received special training in performing pediatric endoscopic procedures. He is also an expert in managing liver diseases and is competent at executing liver biopsies and FNAC (Fine needle aspiration cytology).

• Dr. Manjit Singh Paul laid the foundation of gastroenterology services for patients at several army hospitals. 
• As a respected member of the Gastroenterology Society of India and the Association of Physicians of India, he tries to amplify the awareness of hepatic and gastrointestinal disorders.
