With advanced cardiac surgery infrastructure, Rabin Medical Center offers the Ross Procedure for eligible patients with significant aortic valve disease. Established in 1996, the JCI accredited hospital is located in Petah Tikva, Israel, and has 1300 beds.

The procedure uses the patient's own pulmonary valve to replace the diseased aortic valve, while a donor valve is placed where the pulmonary valve was located. This technique may provide favourable haemodynamic performance in selected patients. A comprehensive pre-operative evaluation, including echocardiography and other cardiac investigations, helps determine whether the procedure is appropriate.
