Knock Knee Surgery aims to restore more appropriate alignment of the legs when genu valgum is severe or does not correct naturally. Before surgery, the orthopedic specialist evaluates the patient's walking pattern, leg alignment, joint condition, and underlying cause using clinical assessment and imaging.
