Patient Stories

Our patient stories are the panorama capturing the healing journey of our patients. Each patient story gives a view of a patient’s journey starting from the first signs or symptoms of the health issue(s) they faced to the final closure of the entire treatment procedure and everything in between. An ideal case study is divided into four parts- introduction, pre-treatment, process and post-treatment. Introduction covers patient’s details such as patient’s background, his vocation, his treatment history if any etc. It also sets the context for why and how did the patient approach MediGence and what is the solution that they are seeking. Followed by the next part that is pre-treatment which covers the entire consultation and preparation for the procedure that the patient is going to be undergoing (if any). Next is the Process, which covers the treatment details and associated details with same. Lastly, it’s the post-care which basically captures the after-story post-treatment covering the patient’s experience after he or she has undergone the treatment.
